Hotel and hotel room were good (friendly staff, decent room, good location). Parking: Used 'Parking Mon Repos' (Av. Mon-Repos 5, 1005 Lausanne). Simply park your car there; it's a short walk to the hotel. When checking in at the hotel, ask for the 50% discount voucher. This voucher you scan at the machine when paying for the parking (when collecting the car). Breakfast: We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but simply ate somewhere in one of the many small bakeries.

Great location and very large room. We really appreciated and utilized the bus pass offered at check-in. The chocolate fountain in the lobby was a nice surprise, and the fridge in the room was very convenient. I liked the QR code information provided in the room; it was helpful to have right on the phone.

The hotel staff were particularly friendly and helpful. We were given a room on the 8th floor with a terrace and fantastic view overlooking the lake - a great spot for our breakfast! The hotel rooms and lobby have been recently refurbished, bright and airy modern deco. The location is very convenient for walking anywhere in the city center, and the metro is just a block away. Nice neighborhood. Good value for the money compared with other city center hotels.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was in an excellent location. Easy to get from and to the metro. Good connections to train station, lake and cathedral. Bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was located in the city centre and the staff at the reception was very nice and helpful in providing necessary info. The theme of the hotel was chocolaty. We parked at Mon Repos parking. The hotel provided a 50% coupon and we paid 15 CHF for 24h. Additionally, the hotel also provided us with a 1 day travel pass for free (this was probably a scheme from the local city) Overall, it was a good stay.

convenient location! close to the metro station. nice Chinese staff, very sweet to tell us everything about thehotel～ there is a chocolate fountain in front of the reception! taste good also~ even provide the regional day pass!!

Clean and close to metro stop and on a decent side street with restaurants and cafes. The hotel had no front desk staff due to covid but there was a kitchen and laundromat in the basement and a patio and lobby where you could bring food. I appreciated the reminders to save water and resources. Enjoyed the Lake view on the top floor. Delicious bakery a couple of doors away downhill.

Fantastic location. Everything within a reach. Free travel card given by hotel. Free Chocolate tested daily. Newly decorated rooms, fabulous modern design.
